 \n\n**THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN**\n\nOn November 29th\, XR
  is kicking off the holiday season with [Santa's Underwater Part 1](https:
 //xrmass.org/action/santa_underwater/). We will be showing up for Newburyp
 ort's big tree lighting ceremony as elves and reindeer who have to kayak a
 round because the north pole is underwater.\n\nOur XR Santa\, elves\, and 
 reindeer will return on December 5th to parade around Market Square in the
  kayaks. Elves will be handing out flyers. We will stop by the Newburyport
  Maritime Museum's tree ceremony - is already planning to use life preserv
 ers as ornaments on their tree including a few sporting the XR logo. \n\nP
 lease sign up to join us as an elf\, reindeer\, or to represent XR with fl
 ags as we parade around Market Square.\n\nMeet at 1pm. End around 3pm.
