 to XR and an essential experience for those who are already involved in th
 e movement. This online workshop has been adapted from an original 6-hour 
 face-to-face workshop to be a 3-hour online workshop.\n\nTogether we will 
 cover: What are Regenerative Cultures & Earth Emotions\, Self-care & burno
 ut alongside Emotional debriefing.\n\nThe Regen 101 Workshop was created i
 n response to the need for XR Working Groups\, and the wider community\, t
 o understand Regenerative Cultures as an essential strategy for Extinction
  Rebellion.\n\nAs a workshop\, it is experiential\, practical\, and educat
 ional and weaves through the topics so that the group leaves with an under
