 \n**Welcome all -- EVERYONE IS REGEN CREW!**\n\n:regen101: This is a wonde
 rful introduction to Regenerative Cultures for those new to XR and an esse
 ntial experience for those who are already involved in the movement. This 
 online workshop has been adapted from an original 6-hour face-to-face work
 shop.\n\nTogether we will cover: What are Regenerative Cultures & Earth Em
 otions\, Self-care & burnout alongside Emotional debriefing.\n\nThe Regen 
 101 Workshop was created in response to the need for XR Working Groups\, a
 nd the wider community\, to understand Regenerative Cultures as an essenti
 al strategy for Extinction Rebellion.\n\nAs a workshop\, it is experientia
 l\, practical\, and educational and weaves through the topics so that the 
 group leaves with an understanding of embodied Regenerative Activism.\n\n#
