 , all marches need good marshals. When we’re blocking roads and causing 
 disruption\, marshals are even more critical. If you’re looking for a wa
 y to step up your involvement at XRDC’s actions\, becoming a marshal is 
 a great way to get started. \n\nIn preparation for our next mass mobilizat
 ion\, Extinction Rebellion DC will be offering an online marshal training 
 on Thursday\, March 26 at 730pm to 9pm. We'll be going over how to safely 
 move in and out of intersections\, how to make quick decisions as a group\
 , and how to de-escalate tense situations. Although there’s no way to re
 plicate the real-world experience of actually blocking roads\, this zoom t
 raining will cover almost all of the basic knowledge you’ll need to mars
