 3-19/\n\nWhile humanity is facing a climate catastrophe\, it is important 
 to remember to calm the storm within ourselves during such a chaotic momen
 t in our collective experience. Join us in solidarity with the Global Clim
 ate Strike for a group meditation at Pulaski Park while over 15 groups mar
 ch in Washington DC to demand action on climate change! Let us take some t
 ime to clear our minds\, hold loving intention in our hearts\, and act cou
 rageously for the sake of our Earth and all her inhabitants. All are welco
 me who have peaceful intentions as this will not be an event where arrest 
 is being risked. Please feel free to wear any traditional garments or what
 ever makes you feel comfortable. If anyone would like to bring any instrum
 ent(s) to play calmly that would be warmly welcomed\, and if there are any
  specific chants/mantras/songs that you would enjoy please let me know. Th
 is event is meant to raise awareness of the Sixth Great Extinction and bri
 ng positive energy to our perspectives on the climate crisis we are curren
 tly dealing with as a community. The final schedule will be announced a fe
 w days before the event\, but so far the plan is for first 90 minutes to b
 e devoted to sitting or slow moving meditation (qigong\, tai chi\, yoga\, 
 etc) or silent prayer and the last 30 minutes will be for an open mic wher
 e anyone is able to speak from their hearts. \n\nWe are unstoppable! Anoth
