  and global heating is quickly getting out of control.\n\nEmergency Arling
 ton is part of XR Boston's Emergency Everywhere initiative. We are urging 
 the town of Arlington to declare a climate emergency.\n\nTo support this g
 oal\, Emergency Arlington would like to invite you to hear the latest clim
 ate science on where our planet is heading\, discuss some of the current p
 sychology around climate change and ecological breakdown\, and explain why
  disruptive direct action is our best hope to avert catastrophe. Whether y
