 m to call on the town to declare a Climate and Ecological Emergency. \n\nT
 here will be banners\, flags\, signs\, and climate cheer as we ask the res
 idents of Shrewsbury to vote yes on our resolution in May. We ask everyone
  to arrive masked and practice proper social distancing. We will do this s
 tandout every other week until town meeting votes. Our penultimate action
