 rmer weather we are ready to resume our Sitting for Survival outside\, med
 itating in public spaces to bear witness to our current climate emergency 
 and in doing so\, strive to awaken others to see and take action.\n\n**Whe
 re**: Central Square Post Office\, 770 Massachusetts Ave\, Cambridge\n\n**
 When**: Sunday\, July 4\, 4pm-4:45pm\n\nWe will sit distanced with signs t
 hat we will provide or you can bring your own. Please come masked.\n\n----
 -\n\nWho We Are: We are spiritual practitioners dedicated to facing the cl
 imate crisis with compassion and determination to engage in nonviolent dir
 ect action. We see climate justice within the framework of social justice 
 and commit to advocating for policies that empower communities most impact
 ed by climate change.\n\nWhat We Do: We invoke our mindfulness practice to
  hold the pain of this ecological and spiritual crisis. We bring silent si
 tting and walking meditation to public spaces to raise awareness to the de
 vastating effects of our planetary emergency and the urgent need to take p
 ersonal and collective action.\n\nRecognizing the need for regeneration in
  this consuming effort\, we invite pauses to be in community\, to care for
  one another and nourish ourselves\, bringing the energy of love and under
 standing to sustain this demanding effort.\n\nDuring the pandemic\, we hav
 e been working towards our goals through virtual gatherings. As the days g
 et warmer\, we are now doing a combination of outdoor protest and virtual
