 off/\n\nXR is kicking off our new Newburyport Emergency Everywhere campaig
 n!\n\nThe city of Newburyport has taken the proactive step to develop a cl
 imate resiliency plan.  A committee has identified seven priority actions 
 including a plan for enhancing the resilience of the Waste Water Treatment
  Facility located on the Merrimack River.  The city has not taken the impo
 rtant substantive steps to finalize the action plan and begin immediate im
 plementation.  \n\nWe need to create pressure and show the mayor and city 
 council that this is an urgent issue that cannot be delayed. \n\nNewburypo
 rt will be one of ~7 cities/towns in Massachusetts where we are planning d
 irect actions in the Emergency Everywhere campaign. Each city will follow 
 a sequence of actions that escalate if our demands are not met.\n\nCome le
 arn more about the Newburyport campaign and plug in to helping us organize
